Q: What is Ultimate Concrete?
A: Ultimate
Concrete is a modified cement with polymers which are mixed with liquid
resin and then sealed with multiple coats of a high solids sealer.

Q: What process is used in
applying Ultimate Concrete?
A: First,
we power wash and/or grind the surface to clean it, and remove loose aggregate. Then
we acid etch the
surface to open the pores. Next, Ultimate Concrete is
applied directly to the surface because of it's
amazing bonding characteristics. Finally, we apply
multiple coats of a high solids sealer to protect
the surface from UV rays, which cause discoloration,
and also protects from chemical stains, gasoline and salt products.
Q: How long has Ultimate
Concrete been in use?
A: It was first used during the early 1980's in
the Chicago area. Harsh winters and hot summer heat
have had no effect on Ultimate concrete. Ultimate
Concrete has a track record of durability that is
the best in the industry.
Q: What can you
repair/renew?
A:
What would you like to renew? Sidewalks, driveways, tennis courts...yes
we can do that. Perhaps you have a basement floor, a workshop, garage
floor or an entry way that needs help...not a problem We can renew most
common problems that occur from normal wear and tear on concrete.
Pitting and divots that occur from the salt in winters...piece of cake.
Q: Why should I resurface
instead of replace?
A:
It costs less to renew by resurfacing than to replace your current
surface. Resurfacing with one of Ultimate Concrete's many products is
less expensive than most replacement options. Second, replacement
usually means damage to landscape and other disturbances. We don't tear
things out, dig holes or create piles of dirt and debris...we refresh
and renew surfaces.
Ultimate Concrete's products resist stains such as
oil, and salt damage! The surface will be much stronger and more durable
than ordinary concrete. Finally, it can be installed with a variety of
designs or patterns, and in limitless colors.
Q: Is there any warranty?
A: Yes. When a contractor puts new concrete in at
your home or business, they will only guarantee that the concrete will
get hard and it will
crack. Ultimate concrete and our Stamped Over-Lay
system are guaranteed for 5 years (contact us for more details). Compare

Q: What are the physical
properties of Ultimate Concrete?
A: Ultimate Concrete's extremely high compressive
strength (7900 psi) and fast setting characteristics make it the perfect
material for resurfacing high traffic areas. Ultimate Concrete's surface
is many times more durable than ordinary concrete.
Q: What colors are
available?
A:
Ultimate Concrete's products have multiple colors, patterns and designs.
If there is a specific color you need it is quite likely that we can
match it for you.
Q: Can you reproduce our
company logo on an epoxy floor?
A:
Yes. It costs more than normal epoxy resurfacing, but virtually any logo
or design can be put into your surface.
